So, we sent our daughter to VBS this last week. She had a blast. She went to a church that we'd never been to before. Now, I'm debating whether or not to attend that church to see if we like it. I'm nervous. My husband and I are both Lutheran's. This church is Baptist. The people there are so nice and I know we all need to find a home church. I think we'll try it out, I mean what could it hurt? Oh, my favorite scrapping site is having a cool contest! They're having the SOTB Scrap Olympics . I can't wait to get started. Actually, I've already started with some of the tasks. ROFL Check it out, it'll be a lot of fun!!

Well, it's almost 10 am. I took the morning off of work in hopes that my migraine would be all gone. I'm starting to think it's not a migraine. Maybe it's a tension headache. Who knows? At least it was gone when I woke up this morning, although it's starting to come back. *sigh* I want to figure out how to add some freebies to my blog. If someone can teach me that'd be awesome!! So, I'm working on my challenges at SOTB . There are some great challenges this month. I finished one already, just click on the picture to go leave some love: Oh, I just created a 4Shared account. So, I've decided that I want to make a valid attempt at this blogging thing. So, I'll try to be diligent and add a new post daily...okay at least weekly. ROFL Here are some of my most recent layouts: This one is called "Superwoman". I used the lyrics by Alicia Keys and the kit is Fresh Start by SOTB designers at Scrap Outside the Box . This one is called Sunrise. I did this for a challenge at Scrap Outside the Box . I used Remember When by SOTB designers. And last but not least: This is called Cuddle Buddies. Well, my baby lost her first tooth today. I know, I know, she's not a baby! She's seven and just lost her first baby tooth. Her dentist has said that it may be better for her baby teeth to stay in longer, it gives less time for "sugar bugs" to form in her permanent teeth. ROFL!

So, here's my first post on here. I thought I'd use this to share what's going on in my world....scrapping and not scrapping. ROFL!!! I'll share my latest layouts and even try to add a freebie or two, maybe someone would want them. I'm just learning the designing part. I'm on a few creative teams and have a blast working with their kits. At Scrap Outside the Box there is an ABC crop that I'm really trying to catch up on. I'm working on a zoo book. We're supposed to be on M or maybe it's only L, and I finished J is for Jaguar last night: That layout was made with a really cool kit by Dede Smith called Zoo TearZ. Lots of fun to work with. Okay, this is enough for tonight. It's bedtime and I want to work on fixing this blog up a bit tomorrow!
