Wow, okay it's been almost a full year since I've posted anything. I haven't even been doing any designing lately. It's been months since I've created anything except the mini for the Use It or Lose It challenges. Things on my end have been crazy! My auntie, who was living with us and helped take care of things as well as taking care of all of us, passed away. She had been sick with an upper respiratory infection. She didn't have insurance and was waiting for the county to approve her for insurance. Then President Obama made the health reform and she was approved. However, waiting for her information, ie. ID card as well as provider information, was a long process. On January 16, I got a phone call from her. She was in her room and couldn't get out of bed. This was at about 5 am. I was finally able to talk her into letting me call 911. The arrived and took her straight to the hospital. I met them at the hospital. Anyway, I won't get into all the detail...

I just wanted to remind everyone that I have June's Use It or Lose It Challenge mini kit available in my store for free! Oh, Elizabeth had her first recital of the summer season yesterday. It was awesome! The girls were just beautiful. They have another one on the 4th of July. The last one of the summer season will be on July 13th. I'm gonna post pictures of the recital later this week! Next weekend I'm taking Elizabeth and her cousin, RickieAnne to a concert. It's Big Time Rush & Victoria Justice. I figure the girls will have fun. Oh my gosh, I almost forgot! Next Saturday I have an all day scrapping day at a friends house! I can't wait. Hi everyone! Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I can't believe how quickly this year is going! So many things are going on here. The military is having budget cuts which is affecting staffing at work. It really just stinks how things can affect everyone. I'm a lucky one and I'm not losing my job but some of my co-workers are. It's a sad, scary situation. Anyway, enough with the gloomy stuff. Oh wow! Elizabeth's doing so much better. This week is standardized testing at school. They should be done tomorrow at school, I think. Dance class is coming along just great. Elizabeth will be participating in 5 dances at each recital. She's also talking about joining a pageant. I'm okay with it, I won't force her to do anything but if she wants to, okay! May means the start of the newest Use It or Lose It Challenge @ Ivy Scraps. Once again I've created a mini kit to use in your layout. It's super cute, if I may say so myself. LOL ...

Hey everyone. I hope your month of April is going well. I've been super busy. I'm at physical therapy twice a week in addition to working all five days a week. Plus, we've been going for bike rides on the days I don't have P.T. I'll tell you what, I'm getting my butt busted at physical therapy, working out muscles I didn't even realize I had. LOL.
